Perry King has created a passion project that strikes hearts and raises awareness of Alzheimers in a poignant film, shot in a stark, black and white format. His acting resume and further adventures in filmmaking
will be discussed.

Larry stumbled into film as an extra and was soon funding his first feature film (Sling Blade) via American Express. He hired Billy Bob Thornton to star and direct it, received the largest fee ($10 million from Miramax) for an independent film at a film market at that time, and ended up being the recipient of an Academy Award for his efforts. 
Larry was part of the team that created one of the first independent film studios. The Shooting Gallery (1991-2001) provided a creative space for aspiring filmmakers in New York that produced many notable filmmakers and films which garnered Meistrich even more recognition and awards. He went on to create Nehst Studios, a film production and distribution company that has helped over 140 films find their audiences.

Jo is a hometown girl who grew up in Loomis, went to Sac State, and has lived in Roseville for her adult life, and now has dual residences here and in Los Angeles to accommodate her creative career. 
 Her professional background has also included stints in reality TV content as a producer on TreeHouse Masters and Duck Dynasty, and 
documentary filmmaking with Ricky Schroder Productions. Jo recently joined ranks with Jane Doe Films as Executive in Charge of Production in 2020.  She also is pleased to announce the feature film that she co-produced, Rushed was released worldwide on August, 27, 2021.
